P pahntr760 Active member Feb 28, 2010 #2 The E-tip has a higher BC, but higher priced. The GMX has canalure grooves, not the E-Tip. Over all, I like the GMX better. But my Remington 700 in 7 RemMag LOVES the Barnes TSX. Great bullet too, as far as the lead free world goes.

K K-22hornet. New member Mar 1, 2010 #3 If the non-grooved E-tip has the same accuracy issues I encountered with the original X bullet, I would urge you to go with the GMX. When Barnes came out with the grooved TSX, accuracy was very easy to find in all the rifle/calibers I load them in. Due to my satisfaction with Barnes TSX, I have not used the E-tip nor the GMX.

M MGYSGT New member Mar 1, 2010 #4 I have used the GMX by Hornady. My 7mm 08 likes them. Averages MOA at 100. Good enough for pigs. They put coyotes down with authority.
