Save yourself some trouble, mail order from the likes of powder valley or Midwayusa. Yes, you have the 'haz-mat' fee, just pay it, save gas & skip the hassle. The price is probably much better than local anyway. Order 2 cans( or more with a buddy).
I chron'ed some 120 grain B209 loads a few years ago, got a very steady 1950 fps, 250 grn SST, 26" Knight. My buddy ditched his 'Shockey's Gold' when he saw the low, erratic numbers it gave.

The price is a bit too much with Midway, you pay a $25 hazmat and then a $9.99 drop ship fee....I'll check with Powder Valley later, I just don't want to order a bunch without knowing if I'm going to like it or not. I just want 1 jug to try it then I can justify ordering enough to make the hazmat fee seem less painful.

For starters you need a modern in-line with a hot 209 primer to shoot B209, reliably. It also likes to be packed firm. They have some particulars on the B209 powder site, about breech plugs & primers.
My main M-L guns are Knight Disc Extreme & Elite with the Lehigh Breech plug. I use CCI Mag 209 primers.
