I thought all leupold tactical reticles were MIL but there turrets were MOA except for the newest ones which are Mil/Mil. It really doesnt matter which way one goes as they are both just a measurement of angle. Like someone else above said, it is easiest to get one that matches turret to reticle rather have a mismatch. Even though a lot of people run Mil reticles with Moa turrets or vice versa and do just fine.
