A buddy at work got this shotgun from his uncle and it's in rough shape. A quil google search says it was sold by western auto. I need to find a replacement fore stock for it. It's a mod 420, semi auto 20 gauge. Anyone have any info on were to look? I was gonna try numeric when I get home. Any help would be good. I'll get a pic of it when I get home too

Nate,,,Have him call the Customer Service guys at Brownell's...They probably have something in their library that will help him..

My brother RunnerC2 has one that is essentially a mossberg 500. But yes they were sold by Western Auto. His is a pump butI would guess they are kinda like a J.C. Higgins in that Revelation was just a trade name to sell guns made by various manufacturers through that store.

Sorry for the double post my phone is on the fritz. Gundata.com has an inter change that shows fy707 to be correct.

does anyone know where i might find an online ordering catalog like numeric that would carry old shotgun stuff?

JTB, that's the same chart I found. It looked to me like the 420 was shown as a High Standard in the lower right section of the chart.
It's pretty confusing the way the chart is set up, so I'm not really sure.

My eyes must have looked at the wrong line, you're right it's High Standard according to the chart. High Standard produced a pump shotgun at one time.

Is the safety on the tang, or is it a crossbolt? I think from the pictures that it is a High Standard. The Mossberg has a tang safety.

its not a tang, honestly didnt look at it enough and pay attention where it is....its got a push button on the left side but i think that is to run a round into the tube from the magazine.
