Scope Flashlight Mount ( I tried the search)

Just wanted to see what everyone was using to mount their tactical lights to their scopes? I tried a forum search but I coudnt get it narrowed down enough to find anything... I would prefer a U.S. distributor to eliminate the slow boat from china. LOL

Also Im looking for quick disconnect models since I use this gun for deer hunting.

i just ordered a utg barrel mount 2 slot quadrail that clamps onto the barrel of course for mounting a "kill" light to my bolt gun. i personally dont like all that stuff mounted to a scope. it feels weird to me, takes up too much room in the safe. just makes the rifle feel akward to me. so im going with the barrel mount rail...maybe check that out as an option?

not being wise guy,,

just stating opinion,, which just happens to be different to yours,,

you guys should reconsider mounting light on barrel (kill) and red (on head)..

tendency to (or desire to)scan with scope is sacrilege to GUN SAFETY RULES,,

unless you are killing two-legged targetz,,

(intended - or otherwise - which that bad habit(desire) may bring to your reality)..

I use a headlamp for scanning. And the rifle scope mount for a kill light.

gman i know where you coming from on that. i dont scan with my gun. that light doesnt get turned on until its time to drop one. i just really like the light i use for shooting mounted on the barrel cuz the light beam hits perfect on target when looking through my scope. i dont use the gun for scanning. i use a hand held spotlight for scanning. and not being a wise guy either, no one in the post has said anything about scanning with a gun.

Still a good reminder to put out for a newbie type, or just the un-informed.

It's good to point this out because I am looking into night hunting and was assuming that with the lights I see mounted on guns you scan with the gun. Good info!
