Redfield Rev. vs Bushnell 3200 Elite

Looking at a Redfield 3-10-50 with accu-range vs a 3-10-50 Bushnell 3200 with duplex, both new. In terms of glass, function, reticle - would this be about a saw-off when both are priced the same. Thoughts?

The fit and finish of the Redfield is nothing compared to the 3200. The bushnell seems to have better glass. The Redfields are a great value, but the 3200 edges it out in this one.

I appreciate the comments. The 50mm just didn't seem to be a good fit (to high for me) so I went with the Bush 3200 Firefly in 3-9-40. The reticle is neat - heavy cross hairs with fine cross hairs in the center - very easy to lock on and is something like the Circle x in function. I'm not going past 200 yds anyway so this should work fine(Savage 11 in .308). It was on at a good price - not sure if the lighted reticle is a novelty but time will tell.

I have 3 of the Redfields in use right now and I like every one of them.
I put a 3x9x50 with the accu range on my AR10 and it does great out to 500yds.
I have a 2x7x32 on a RRA Carbine that my son uses and I put a 4x14x40 on a 22-250 Thompson Center rifle.

I have had zero troubles with any of mine and am considering getting a Revenge just to see how good it works on a 30-06 with range estimation and bullet drop compensation.

I have had Bushnell's on rifles in the past and never had any major issues with them either but dollar for dollar you can't beat the Redfields.
Just my opinion,

Nothin wrong with 3200's. The only thing I might add is the two new redfields I have looked through sure seemed to have good eye relief kinda like leupolds.

i have 3 of the Redfields' and really like them. one has the BDC reticle that is fantastic(wish i had gotten it on the others also). i have never even looked through an Bushnell Elite but hear they are excellent for clarity and light transmitiion.

have you thought about the Burris line of scopes? i have an Fullfield that i think is an excellent scope also.
