Does anyone know of any companys that make crow decoys out of a light weight foam, like the feather flex decoys. Phone numbers or web sites please, thanks.
Why use a static decoy soread? Motion in your decoy set up is DEADLY.The cheapest motion crow decoy is the blow crow from www.crowhilldecoy.net.You fold them up and carry in your pocket when you move to your next calling stand.Very effective on the black bandits.
one shot,
Try going to www.crowbusters.com and those guys over there can help you out a bunch. Also, try Wing Supply in Greenville, Ky. their web site is: www.wingsupply.com and that's where I purchased my crow decoys.
Here's another "tip"... Go to K.B.Toys and check out a motorized toy called Flapping Flyers. I purchased the white dove, spray painted it flat black and installed a brass fishing line swivel on the end of the string. It takes 2 AA batteries and when you turn it on the wings flap and it flys in a circle, tied by the monofilament fishing line that's tied to the back.
It really keeps the crows' attention, even after you shoot the first few. They seem to keep coming back for more.
Good hunting, Bowhunter57
