ATF form 1

So I'm trying to fill out my eform "first time in eform". Efile Form 1 to build a suppressor.
I get to "electronic form" to upload my trust. Go to choose file then below put in that it's a trust then description an click load an it won't take it!

it waits like 2/5 minutes then flashes something really fast I can't read then nothing. I've tried the whole file 4.6 mb I've tried page by page but still the same outcome.
Called main office they don't deal with that side of it but if you send an email they will get back to you in the order they receive it. That was Monday still nothing. So I called local office they tried to help but have no idea an said just mail the papers.
I'd like to Efile it so I can track it an assume it's quicker. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or not loading it right? I've tried from iPhone, iPad an laptop "Microsoft Windows 10 I believe.

You are probably not doing anything wrong, when I tried to do the e-forms it would not go either, then unfortunately they completely quit doing them for the 4's, so I printed all my PW and sent them via the mail.
 
I just submitted another Form 1 via e-file and I had ZERO problem uploading my trust. It's the 3rd one I've done since November. Something is not right if you can't upload. There ARE some guidelines. PDF files work best. They can only be a certain size and you're only able to upload a limited number of files. I split out trust into 3 parts, each a separate PDF, and upload it as "part1," "part 2" and "part 3."

Also, there are 2 different places that you have the ability to upload files. For trusts, it's better to use the 2 time it comes up - near the end of the form and not in the part where you're describing your specific SBR.

I have a PDF from the attorney, that did our trust, entitled "Form 1 for dummies" that was a HUGE help in filling them out. Like I said, I haven't had ANY issues uploading files on the e-file Form 1. If you'll PM me an email address I'll send it to you.

Well guys it's off and excepted!!!! I was trying to load too much at a time I had to be patient an load it one page at a time.
Now we'll see if my form 1 e filed will get back before my FFL license?

Glad it worked for you, finally. The upload system is SLOOOW! Lol. Did you actually upload a single page at a time? Mine is like 50 pages, including all the members' signed and notarized pages, and I divided mine into 3 parts.

Was that instruction set I sent you any help??
 
Yes every single page lol. I think there was like 15 pages.
At first when I tried loading the whole thing at once "4.3mb" it just kept kicking back an where you choose file then if it's a trust an then description would all reset. So I tried half of the trust an same thing. Then when I tried page by page I was frustrated an didn't wait long enough. It doesn't show anything like its thinking loading or anything.
So the last time I just let it sit there then it loaded the first page "about two minutes per page" I was dumb founded. I had the deer in the headlight look an my wife said hey I think it took it that time what did you do haha.

Yeah, it's excruciatingly slow upload. I think it's a max upload size of 3mb per file. I just looked at the file size of my entire trust and divided that number by 2.8 (to be safe) and that told me how many parts I needed to divide the trust into. Divide the total number of pages by the the number of "parts" you came up with and then you can easily create the files for upload. You see, there's also a limit to the total number of files you can upload. So, a trust with a bunch of people on it (like mine), can't be uploaded page by page. Glad it worked out for you my friend!!
