I made my famous deer fajitas this weekend.
I take tenderized deer steaks and marinate in teriyaki sauce over night.
Then I season with Fiesta fajita seasoning I get from Sam's.
Then I cook on my smoker grill for about 30 minutes or so. Take off while still juicy. Go too long and they are too dry. I like them medium and not well done.
Slice in strips and they are ready to slap on a tortilla with whatever you like to go with it.
I usually like sour cream, grated cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo and grilled pepper and onions.
