RRS Anvil 30 ball head

Anyone have any hands on experience with the RRS Anvil 30?
It looks interesting but I don't know about a single lever for all adjustments. I will use it for hunting, not target shooting.

I use one on top of a TVC-22i, my favorite setup so far. The single lever is very handy, my head is setup so that a little over half way closed will lock up tight enough to hold the rifle up, since it’s in the open position it’s easy to locate. My hand is on the lever anytime I’m on the gun so I can manipulate the lever as needed.

Best ballhead available for hunting in my opinion. The single lever is better and easier to manipulate than knobs. I have gone through many different ballheads over time, search ends with the RRS Anvil 30.

Thanks for the input so far. After talking with several people it's looking like it is either a love it or hate it thing.
I can't wrap my head around not being able to adjust tension like a traditional ball head. A couple of guys have repeated what sexton said about riding the lever, they really like it. A couple of other guys hated it and went back to the BH-55.
The single lever is appealing to me but I don't know if I can get used to it after all these years with a pan and adjustable ball head.

I absolutely love mine, quick and easy to adjust. Locks up tight as well. The RRS tripod and anvil 30 is a fantastic setup that cannot be beat.
