Does anyone have any 7mm-08 brass they would part with?
My wife deer hunts with a 7mm-08 and I would like to start trying to find a load for it since we have not seen anything for factory ammo around home. The only thing I can find is a couple of boxes online at gunbroker. Don't mind to buy them but would like to make my own loads up.

I know I could anneal and make my own out of 308 cases but have never done any annealing. So just thought I would check here first to see if I can find some.

I have taken .30-06 brass down to .257 caliber with one pass having
no problems. The ONLY time I had a problem was annealing brass prior
to sizing. Have done the same with no annealing at all with no problems.
You should have no problem sizing .308 to 7mm.

I neck down 308 brass to 7/08, Make sure the necks are clean, put a very heavy chamber on the outside on the mouth of the case, run through the 7/08 full length sizer after lubing the outside of the neck. Necks will thicken a tad...not enough to worry about.

If you are OCD, neck turn the cases at 30 caliber, then neck down.
