Sounds like some dirty dealings. Owing a vender more than 100K is pretty crappy.

I liked their products. That is a difficult loss to the industry. Don't pay the the subs and pull the health insurance from employees? Very not good.

looks like they filed with the SEC 9/17/25 to raise some money, have to see how that works out. Aero Precision, LLC Form D Filings ... Aero Precision has filed a notice of an exempt offering of securities to raise $20 Million in New Funding. SEC FORM D
Their quality had been declining for awhile. Same with Ballistic Advantage. The older stuff I have is noticeably better than stuff from the past year. Hopefully they can dig themselves out and get back on track.
Seems to be a lot of shortages happening with a lot of other companies as well. There was not many options for lowers available recently other than boutique high end stuff.
