Any one have any real work experience with them in a 22-250 on coyotes? I’m hoping to help with wind drift in windy Colorado.
Thx

I'm shooting a stock Tikka, 22-250, 1-8" twist, with supressor, and 62 gr VT for coyotes. Velocity varies some, but very close to 3400 fps. I only hunt at night with Pulsar thermal, and the combo has been deadly on coyotes. I have killed several, and lost very few with my 22-250, compared to my .223 AR, and 6.5 Grendel AR. I'm using CFE223 with the 62 VT. I've killed several from 200-275 yds, which for my location is a pretty long shot. I've read that some folks haven't had much luck with the accuracy of the 62 VT, but it works great for me.

I was using the 69 TMK @ 3150, worked well. Longest kill was 475. If your 22-250 is a 1/9 & likes em, the additional fps might make the 69s what you are looking for.
