I wanted to share my experience with iray/nocpix warranty department with you all ! I have been running them for years but I currently have , bolt50v2 and the nocpix ace 60r scopes and cabin19 mono and finder mono . I have used other brands through the years, but have found this company to be my go to for imagine quality and now warranty ! I have always heard that the warranty dept is great ! A hunting partner of mine Keith Karr has used them serveral times with outstanding results . So I have never had to use them until a few weeks ago . I had the Bluetooth 1200 series range finder for my bolt 50v2 and in the dark I cross theaded the battery cap . I called up Iray and told them that it was not a warranty claim and user error and was willing to pay whatever to fix it . They told me to send it in and they would check it out . I sent it in to them and waited waiting for a response. I was expecting “ we can’t fix it , you just need to buy a new one “ I guess about 10 days later, I had a package that I had to sign for from iray USA . I couldn’t wait to open it because the suspense was killing me . Did they fix it ? Did they send it back broken with a letter inside or a bill with a fixed rangefinder ? I had all these thoughts going through my head ! I opened that brown box and what I found was simply amazing ! A brand new unopened range finder . So I looked for the packing slip and the total was balance was $0 . Wait what ? You mean I messed it up and told them it wasn’t a warranty claim yet they still covered it . All I can say is thank you iray
