Well, they're not magic but bullets do if fact work well for such a problem

We have a problem with coyotes here. They're all over, eating people's pets. I didn't think they'd come into my hood, turns out they do. Have been caught on video at 1230. Lunch time, just trotting down the street. More commonly they come through at night. We've had cast vanish overnight, most likely got ate by a yote. Some people here have been trying to figure out how they could legally & safely hunt them in a subdivision

They aren't native here in the east, they're an invasive species. Yet we have damned fools decrying that the probelm is just too many people, we've encroached on their territory doncha know...

i dont condone what i am going to say but:

i have heard of farmers here in PA that go out at night and shoot deer for crop damage. what they do is gut shoot em, that way they run off and dont die in the fields, leaving a body for the farmer to dispose of.

might work for wolves too

It's not but some farmers think that way. I have seen them let deer lay in the summer on depredation permits, pisses me off. They should be required to donate it.

I heard of the same thing being done after a farmer bought an old county home farm right across the river from a SGL that we hunted for years. Supposedly not just the farmer but "shooters" who he left on the property to get rid of the deer.
