Im looking for a good program to figure ballistics with. Can anybody give me a link to something? Also it would be great if it had elevation and windage MOA calculated also.

On the JBM I would like for it to chart the mil dot needed for different yardages. It appears it has this option but I’m not sure which one I should select. I’m shooting a Weaver Tactical mil dot. Sorry for the newbie type questions.

I am sure there are better ones out there but I use the Lee Shooter program. It is easy for a non PC literate individual like myself.

Jeremy-- the JBM is excellent for your specific application. Look at the "Drop Units" option down at the bottom, and select "1 mil clicks". That provides your shooting solution in mils. That really is an excellent program. U can probably get ahold of the programs designer. He's over on www.longrangehunting.com right now. His handle's simply "JBM".

I imagine your Weaver's calibrated for mils at the scope's highest power, but i don't know this for sure. If it's not, u can bet there'll be some sort of calibration mark on the power ring somewhere...or just measure it. Should be 3.6" between dots at 100 yds. or 1.8" @ 50 yds.
