0 vs 20 MOA rail height?

I ordered a Sauer 100 and am trying to order a scope mount. It takes R700 bases. My question is how much taller is a 20 MOA rail compared to a 0 MOA? Last rail I bought was for a Vanguard and the cheek weld drove me crazy so I replaced it with a DNZ. It was a 20 MOA rail. I know they are taller in the rear. Is a 0 MOA rail shorter height wise and how much?
Thanks

I don't think there is much difference In actual height, like between low, medium, and high.
I'm not sure but I would think the front one will be 10MOA higher and the back one would be 10MOA lower maybe. I bet you would not notice much difference. Just my thought. I don't have any "20moa" mounts or bases but I have used the Burris signature ring with 20 moa inserts and used them to raise my scope, by putting the inserts on the bottom and top instead of right or left.

EGW specs both 20moa and 0 rem 700 rails at 0.40 inch to top of rail. The 20 moa rail has 0.020 inch angle(0.001 inch=1.0 inch approximate at 100 yards if my math is correct). MOA at 100 yards is 1.047 inches or 1/60th of a degree. Usually about 500 yards and out is where you need the +moa rails(rimfire 100 yards and out). Or some rifles shoot low and require a positive moa base to maximize scope vertical adjustment because the barrel indexing is off.
