you and me both. people ask why i dont usually play the lotto...
as kids my parents would buy scratch off's and let me and my brother scratch them for em. to be as fair as possible they'd rip them individually, shuffle them up and give them to us at random.
pretty much without fail my brother would scratch all the winners out of the stack. go figure.
