Just a little real world experience to digest after that big breakfast......I know nothing about the HMR but my son just got one for coon calling and the ballistic tips were all staying in ,no exit and then he tried some hollow point bullets (not sure what prefix this is for a bullet) and hit a coon in the neck , coon coming down tree toward him. Bullet went in neck ,through front leg area, through vitals ,out abdomen , into back leg ,shattered leg , and out............. So he went back to ballistic tips as we are looking for nice , clean ,no blood ,one tiny hole ,dead fast coons. That is a one bullet test on one coon but it opened our eyes , big. Not thinking we are going to do a test with syrup covered coon or bacon rapped , ect. Just calling and shooting and the skinning knife showing results... Jim
