22-250 ai fast twist load data

Recently bought a 22-250AI with a 1-7 twist barrel. Wanting to load the 90 gr vld or the 85.5 gr hybrids. Anyone have any good load data for it. I have rl22,rl23 h4350 Thanks

I use RL23 in mine. Primarily use the 75 ELD in mine, 41.5gr gets me 3370 without pushing it to hard. I've used 40.5 with the 80 ELD. I'm thinking about trying the 85.5, I'll load one at 37 and go up to about 40ish in half grain increments only for chrono data. I think it will be best for the barrel around 3300 fps and that will be the target. Then I'll do seating depth at 300 yards and call it.
