22-250 and 77g Sierra tmk?

Ok I’m trying to load 77g tmk in my 22-250 and I’m getting different seating depths varying like .005. This is measured of the ojive. I’m using an rcbs die set.
 
I'm guessing you have a custom barrel or fast twist because you need at least a 1/8tw or faster for those???

You may need a VLD seater or stem for your die or compressed loads can be an issue as stated.
 
I guess I’ll have to check the seater for cracks. No it not a compressed load. And yes it’s a 1.8 twist barrel.
 
When I measure just the bullets off tue ojive they are dead nuts on so I don’t believe it’s the bullet. I think it’s having to do with the seating stem or die.
 
I have had similar experiences, and I thought it might be neck tension. Do you anneal your brass? All fired the same number of times?
