AR's in .22-250 were first made over 10 years ago in small special runs by armalite and now by Olympic as stated.
I believe the most common problem seems to be feeding especially after the .22-250 cartridge is stacked 10 or more deep in a magazine.
Olympic 22-250s seem to be really hit or miss. I've known guys that had one and it was nothing but problems and the next guy has great luck with his. The number one complaint seems to be the outrageous price of the specialty mags.

A quick range trip gave me as a load of 3750 for 50's. I had some faster but I opted for the surgical approach. The fast ones shot well to but I want to conserve the brass just a tad!! Ritch did some pressure testing that was very informative so I have some baselines to work with. It shoots 77's very well also.
I can safely say on target that based on my previous PD whacking that the 50's in that 1:8 were the most devastating results I've ever seen at that weight. I was shooting VMAX last year but am going to give the Noslers a run this summer as I got a good deal on a few boxes.

I don’t know. I wear shooting shirts from 1980 so this one seems young. It gives perspective on progress from then until now. Maybe having chipped in on that progress clouds my judgement. No harm, no foul as they say.
