Is it a neck or Fl sizing die you are using.
You say some are falling through and some "wont seat". Does "fall through" mean the neck is too large and letting the projectile drop all the way into teh case or does it mean they wont stay put and fall over teh edge onto the bench?
Does "dont seat" mean they won't go into the neck and just crush the neck brass instead?
