The chamfer won't make them fall through. Take the expander ball out and size a ctg. measure the inside dia or the outside dia. Then put the expander ball back and size another ctg. If the ball is the problem, just chuck it up in your drill and useing sandpaper or emery cloth, make it a couple of thousandth's smaller. Or perhaps the part of your die for neck sizing is messed up. At least eliminate the expander ball first.
