Is this a brand new die?? Only two things I know of can cause this,. Too large of an expander ball diam, or the case necks have been turned too much.. Or maybe the die isn't a 22 cal die.. Maybe marked wrong?? Try it with a new untouched case.. Just run one through the sizer and try seating a bullet.
Also measure the OD of a few bullets and make sure they are the proper diam.. Maybe you have 20 cal bullets??
