Being on Starline notification email thingy. Just got the email they are now making
22 CM brass for those interested.

I've never used Alpha but I have purchased from Starline. Some 270 and some 243, rifle brass obviously. Both orders, I think 100 or 250 ea, I forget, a substantial amount. Both had numerous (10-20) cases with oblong necks that needed to be run thru a die to straighten them up. Not earth shattering but I expected better quality control.

I’ve never used starline. What is the quality like compared to Alpha?
Personally I haven't compared to Alpha, I do have some Starline to try, but in 6mm CM SRP.
Once the rifle is completed.
My sole reason to post this was just awareness they are offering it in 22CM.

I have used Alpha brass for 22 Creed and its fantastic. The cases are very consistent and very sturdy. I've also used starline brass in both 6ARC and 6.5 Grendel that I converted to 22ARC. Alpha is the superior product but it's more expensive. Alpha is as good as Lapua brass to me. All that said I would say Starline is better than Hornady, Federal, and other similar manufactures.

FL size, anneal and run a -.002 mandrel through the necks right off the bat and you will love Starline for hunting. If you’re a BR or PRS guy maybe you’ll notice a difference. But Starline will kill animals just fine at a very reasonable price.
