150 yards for coyotes with a .22 mag? My thoughts are no. The .22 mag is a fox gun. Yes, it will and has killed coyotes but it's not what I would call a reliable coyote gun, especially at 150 yards.
Coyotes move fairly fast. A coyote at 150 yards can easily move far enough during the time of a .22 mag's bullet flight to cause you to end up with a gut shot animal. Consider the fact you are using a caliber on the light side anyway, and about any responsible hunter won't do it.
