22 Mag Chamber

Bought a New Savage 22mag. Problems; Clip feed/Trigger pull/Ejection. I send it back to Savage, they replace trigger/Magazine/Bolt assembly. Just got it back. Here's the problem now. I shot Hornady 30 gr. V max Group sucked, ran smooth in and out of chamber though. I shot Win Defender 40 gr. group sucked, 1 miss fired, ran smooth in and out of action. Shot Win Super X 40 gr. JHP 7 shots less then dime size group, Some shells ejected, some had to be pried out of action. Almost felt like they over expanded in the chamber. Savage ran 20 rounds of F stamped rounds, I believe that's a Federal round. I shot another 30. I will be calling them back again. Just thought some might know what might be causing this and how to remedy it ? Thanks

To late to call Savage today I really like the cal. Had a marlin about 30 yrs ago. I kid you not took chucks at 150yds w/cci 40 gr. When we ran hounds, nock them coons out of the trees. one shot lights out. It's sad I bought the gun on 4-01-13 sent back on 4-04-13 got it back 4-30-13 shot it again yesterday. I bought through Gander MT. Told them and Savage I would upgrade. They won't take it back, and refund or even upgrade I don't think that's right. Not being accurate is one thing, by mechanical failure come on.
If they can not or will not make the adjustments maybe a gunsmith can bore out the chamber a little. will see what happens.
