If these are all 22LR scopes then they are parallax set to a distance more compatible to a 22. If they are standard rifle scope the adjustable objective might be to your advantage for closer in work, in theory.
I've used standard low power scopes successfully for squirrel hunting. I haven't seen allot of need for an adjustable parallax scope until I get into higher powers.
I really like the Weaver 2-7 rimfire scope. I had a Weaver K-3 with fine crosshairs and a dot in my goto squirrel rifle.
