I have a Mexican Mauser in .257 Roberts Improved. Barrel is 26" Douglas with #3 countour and a 1/12 twist. It is my favorite coyote rifle. I have shot a lot of coyotes with 100 grain Sierra 100 grain Pro Hunters at 3250 fps. I am posting a photo of a load I worked up with 85 grain Nosler Ballistic silver tips.
