Ditto what Jack said. The latest Hornady manual will be what you need.
Varget is a mite fast for optimum velocity, but you might find a very accurate load with it.
Usually for the .270 the 4831 powders are best with the 130 grain, the RL22/H1000 powders (slower than 4831) best with the 150.
For the light bullets try H4350 or IMR 4350. The latter worked well for me with the old Hornady 110 hollow point before my barrel went south. Use what your manual says and find what works best. CCI magnum rifle primers often give better accuracy in the .270 than standard primers (does for me anyway - and drop your charge slightly if you use them).
If you don't have a manual, get one, you shouldn't be reloading without one.
