I have a friend who has asked me to value his 95%-99$ 30 Luger DWM. It has a serial number of 5818 stamped on both the action and the barrel. A P 51 is stamped on the back of the gun near the "slide. Various proof marks are also on the gun. There is also a "Plus sign" ie. + surrounded by lots of lines radiating out from the + sign on the top of the receiver.
I have registered for some Gun Collector Forums, but nothing has come back as yet letting me get the Forum to ask questions.
Some of these guns are VERY valuable and have sold for $20,000.00. Some as low as $1900.00. If you know anything beyond what I have posted here, please contact me via PM so that I can head in the right direction for an apprasisal.
