i called up my taxidermest and then ran the test. the "fox" was relly more dog then fox. they figured that and my dad's were from the same litter. o well so much for that hudge fox yet a nice "mut"

prob. the part over by three mile island.... maybe they got something leaking into the water there. Hey V-kid how long ago did you shoot this thing? lastweek? a month just wondering.

so you shot someones dog. great.

please clarify if i am drawing the wrong conclusion here.

well then I can tell you that there is no way you can as you said have the animal tested, there is no agency here that will test the animal that fast and have the results back inside two days. and also without costing you a very large amount of money. get real, just say look i thought it was huge it was about 18 lbs or so and let it at that. I work for an agency that has had to have different testing done and I can tell you from experience that you did NOT have DAN testing done in two days. sorry kid

lets see here, thought he shot a 35 lb fox, turned out to be a pooch (story still raises MANY red flags) -kromer-

also- get yer story straight kid

might i quote"mine weighted in at 35 pounds and my dads at 28 pounds!! the 40 grain hollow point 22mag shell never came out where the 223 55grain balistic silver tip blew the crap outa mine. we ended up thowing my hide out and taking my dad's up to a guy that buys them" So whats the real story here, did ya throw it out, take it to get that super fast test done  or did ya just take its collar off as a "trophy"?

hey kromer, i'm drawing the same conclusion as you. i'd like to have some clarification on this myself. kid: IF you did shoot someones dog, do our sport a favor and sell your gun and take up tennis or something. if you can't identify what your shooting at then don't shoot at all. this sport already has an uphill climb with the public and people shooting pets hurts all of us. i don't think you know what kind of responsibility you carry whenever you carry a firearm.

i really hope we are wrong about you kid. 72 posts in 11 days? when do you have time to hunt? lol /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

well, Kromer since we are going to pick this thing apart LOL, did he as said above throw it out because it was blown up so bad or as stated in the "heaviest Fox" thread "varmiterkid"
"i gave the fox to the taxidermist for it was blow up pretty bad. he figured it was at least 8 years old. i didn;t think myself they could be this big. it might have been a pet at one time i have no clue. yet it was a big, and fat." Well was it thrown out, given to the tax. or taken to a lba... seems to me this ol "Dox" =part dog part fox /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif sure did put on a lot of miles in just 2 1/2 days. just keeps comin' don't it.

LOST: Small reddish orange dog in Pa.About 35lbs may be traveling with slightly smaller littermate.Names are Dox and fawg. Respond to thier names and rabbit in distress calls.Large$reward$ (also missing,Large lizard last seen in the Loch ness area) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

There is NO WAY he collected $40 for this fox either, like he stated in the other thread.

Called in fox, with a small bullet hole in them, are only bringing $8-$15 (carcass), around here in PA from the fur buyers.

"Put up" fox fur is not even bringing $40 dollars at the fur auctions in most cases.

Come on kid, stop yanking our chains!!
