3D shoots can be whatever you want them to be, to further your pursuits. I've been shooting 3D since the late 70s and enjoyed them all. Nowadays, they seem to be a place where you pay to shoot their targets and your score is for you to do with as you please. There are a few competitive courses out there that either pay or award you with a trophy of some sort.

I shoot both compound and traditional bows, but enjoy my ILF recurves more than anything else. I may be traveling to ETAR Eastern Traditional Archery Rendezvous, in PA, this year. The IBO World Trads have caught my eye too. I've been to Berrien Springs, Michigan for the Compton Rendezvous and enjoyed it too.
