.45 cal raineer bullets

I've used them with great results. I treat them as lead bullets and use data for lead. The main thing too consider is how thin the plating is. If you don't have enough bell on case mouth you can scrape the plating off seating them. Also you don't want to crimp them, set die just enough to remove the bell. A crimp can cut the plating also and give erratic groups. Sounds like more of a hassle than it really is. They are cheap, clean and shoot great. Also they do good in a poly barrel that won't do lead. I also use them in .40 cal in my HK which hates lead bullets.

peace.

I've reload many, many thousands of rounds of Rainier bullets in both 9mm and .45acp. In fact, this past winter I just reloaded over 2.5k rounds of .45acp which I will shoot this year. I will be reloading and shooting more, but the stuff I reloaded over the winter gives me a head start before I have to start reloading again.

I've used their .452 200 grain RN plated bullets for loads in 45acp,45 Scholfield, & 45 Colt. They have worked fine in each. Of course these are for general plinking, target & woods carry, nothing real fancy.
