450 Bushmaster AR Optic

Redfield Revolution 2x7.

7 power can get you sub moa at the bench for sight in.

2 power works excellent for the woods and close shots.

Buy it at Brownells and get the life time warranty from Redield and Brownells.

There are better scopes. But likely not for the money, and not made in the USA.

I freaking love mine. Its really light too.

These sell light hot cakes! I back ordered mine and had to wait a couple weeks. Brownells will have 10% and free shipping sale soon.

When they have sales, they also honor the original sale. Then let you add the additional coupon onto the original sale.

So, stopped at the store and looked at some red dots for fun. My eyes do NOT like them. I don't know if it's the laser surgery or what, but doesn't matter, the red dot is out.

I'm leaning to a low multi powered scope. I'll check out the Leupold and Redfield mentioned. Thanks all.

Take a look at the new Leupold Freedom 1-4x20 nice scope I know that someone here on PM had problems with one but I think that was a anomaly.

Nikon has a very nice Monarch in 1-4x20, I think it is called a Dangerous Game Scope/DGR, I've been running one for a number of years on heavy kickers with great results, but the again all my VX- 1/2/II have worked well on 12ga combo guns the only Leupold that I had problems with was an old Varix-II 1-4x20 but I keep it on some light weight predator guns now and have had no problems with it.

I have a Burris MTAC 1-4 with the AR ballistic reticle on mine. LOVE it. Small reticle to make precise shots when needed but also goes down to a 1 power for close up work. I think you cant go wrong in the 1-4/6 or 2-7 range.
