I recently bought one of these, to convert over to a .243WSSM AR mag. I had to notch out the mag catch slot in order to properly feed/function rds in my .243 WSSM. Also I ground off the follower hump so the rds will single stack, instead of staggered stack.

When completed modifying, this mag held 9-rds. They all cycled in & out of the breach flawlessly. I like this mag very well. It also has a center button on the bottom of the mag. So you can depress it & slide the bottom off. To pull the guts out for cleaning, ect. Nice feature.

The other things I like are. It is a quiet mag, when loaded & walking about. Some of my metal mags, the spring clanks/rubs on the inside mag wall, when loaded & walking. Not good for stealthy stalking on coyote.

Also this mag fits snug in my Bushmaster lower. Et drops free, when the mag release is depressed.

I've got four of the regular 223 P-Mags and like them real well.
