Ramshot just updated their load guide. They added a whole bunch of 223 load data. Including "high pressure" loads which equate to nato spec pressures. They also added more info on the heavy bullets in 223. 6X45 data was also added for X-terminator.

It may be that my barrels are different lengths and the faster powder (X-Term.) seems to be great for the shorter barrels with the light bullets..
 
I took my Plum Crazy lower with the 'cheap upper' 1/9 twist to the PM Hunt so JeepDude would have something to play with and while he furnished his own ammo, I had packed along some of the 40gr loads I had worked up for my DTech slow twist (1/14) upper and they shot surprisingly well... Under 1" at 100 yards without actually being loaded for that rifle...

Those are nice groups! I have a 20" heavy barrel on mine. What size barrel are you shooting those with (if you don't mind me asking).
