5 round mag options

Whats your choice for 5 rnd mags? I need some for my wife's 6x45. Or would some of the Mag-Pul limiters be better in the mags I have now? (20 rnd p-mag)

Is there a reason you want 5 rounders? Utah has no limit on the number of rounds.

I have some of the C-Product mags but dont like them. Bushmaster also has some. I have used a few of them without any issues but they will cost.

Dtech offerd some at one time. The ones I had IIRC, were pinned 10 rounders.

I have one of these. It works pretty good. I prefer a 5 round mag for hunting. If I shoot a few shots on a stand, I can always slip in another mag when I get back to the truck. For me, its about weight. I have owned 30,20, and 10 round mags. I have never needed any where near that many shots on a stand.

5 works fine for me. Less weight to carry and I dont have the longer mag sticking down hitting me in the back when I am walking around in the dark.

In my State it has to be 5 rounds as well for hunting. I like AR Stoner. Still waiting for Magpul on their 5 round magazines but I guess it has been tied up in legal BS for months now.

I have 6 john masen mags that I got form Brownells. They function very well in 5 different AR'S. I have used them with 17 Rem, 204, and 223.

760, I have 3 Stoners that I used in my 6x45 and they function flawlessly!!

Brownell's makes a 5/9 rounder. I don't like it because you can only have 4 in the mag and one in the chamber so I essestially had a 4 rounder when unloading between stands, or an extra in my pocket.

I have the bushmaster and it works well.

I have 20 rnd PMags an have been considering the plug. The AR Stoners look great too. The Masen get way bad reviews on Midway. That's just an observation.

I just got two AR Stoners for my .204 since I have heard the Pmags don't feed the .204 well and in NY we have to use 5 rnd. mags. So far, after a couple boxes today, they have worked perfectly. Midway had them on sale a couple weeks ago, not sure if they still are.
