6mm ARC ammo?

Years ago before I start reloading, I called Custom Reloads of Dallas (AKA Dallas Reloading) and have him make custom ammo for me. Also, a quick search at Ammo Seek produced several places for ammo, but I didn't get in-depth to see if it was loaded for gas or bolt gun.

The 6 arc was designed for ARs but can be souped up quite a bit for bolt rifles. All the commercially available ammo is loaded to the lower pressures for ARs.

I'm very aware which is why I recommended going to a person that can load custom loads.
My guess is DoubleLungRage understood that and may have just been replying to the second part of your post about Ammo Seek and factory loads. Just a guess?

That said, I was interested in the company you mentioned. Judging by recent reviews I would be hesitant to try them personally.

You are 100% correct.

I contacted one custom ammo company and they said they didn't and didn't have plans to load any of the higher pressure 6mm arc due to reliability reasons. They explained even though they would market it and put on the box that they were +P loads specifically loaded for bolt rifles that some idiot would put them in an AR and blow it up and get hurt so they just didn't feel like the hassle. Can't blame them really.

It's not a huge deal. I'd just like to try some that's all. Heck, the last coyote I killed was around 130 yards and the round blew chunks of him 10t away. I just didn't post those pics on here.
