I just saw these on another website, and was wondering what is need to finish these, and are they worth it for one or two?

thanks I think for the price I can live with any blemishes, after all it is goin gto be hunting gun and not a safe queen.

Oh i searched for 80 percent lowers,,,they are not considered a firearm yet due to the fact you have to cnc out the area where the trigger sets.....I thought they were like "seconds" or blemished..................X

No, it means you don't need an FFL to transfer them, and they don't require a serial number.
You're not ever allowed to transfer or sell them, though.

Not CNC necessarily, you could do it all on a manual mill. It would just take longer.
There's a guy on Rimfirecentral that build an entire 10-22 receiver from a block of 7075 on a Chinese manual mill, and it worked perfectly.
I could build an AR lower the same way, it would just take a lot of time.
