A little 218 Bee for a Monday!

So my calling partner got tired of spending $80 bucks for 50 rounds and wanted to shoot a ballistic tip so I did a ladder test yesterday and this combo was the winner.
218 Bee
Case: W/W New
Primer:WSR
Powder:12.0 gr IMR 4227
COAL:1.770
Bullet:40 gr Nosler BT

please post a picture of the rifle. I had a bee for a long time, but it was a taurus revolver with a twelve inch barrel. very accurate.

I have two 218 Bee rifles - a Ruger #1, and a Browning copy of the Winchester M-65 Lever gun.

I love the caliber, and have two large Folger's coffee containers full of brass.

Winchester makes a production run of .218 Bee brass every few years - the next one is this summer.

How much does 218 bee brass run? I wouldn't mind having one! Would be a fun caliber

I will try to post a picture of his rifle. It is a Winchester model 42 and is pretty sweet. If you appreciate the finer older things in life.
