A2 Front Sight Question

Pardon me if this question is more than obvious, but can a free float handguard be used with an A2 front sight or do you have to buy a handguard made to be used in conjunction with an A2 front sight?

Daniel defense make's a free floating guard that goes around the front sight but it is a quad rail. It can be installed without removing the front sight.

Most free float tubes work with an A2 front sight. You'll have to remove the barrel nut, delta nut, and weld spring anyway, so driving out two pins and removing the sight isn't a big deal.

Yes. If the FF handguard that you want to use is the correct length, one can be installed and still have the sight tower.

Some people have their A2 front sight base chopped down and reblued into a low profile GB so that they can install an extended rail/handguard but still maintain a pinned gas block.

Centurion makes a FF handguard with an a2 cutout.
