Yes, I know the popular powder for reloading the 6.5CM is the hard to find Hodgdon 4350 powder....so don't bother to reply with your favorite H-4350 load for your rifle. Also, am aware of other powders, such as the IMR4451 which is good for reloading the 6.5CM

This is just a post to pass-on Accurate's reply to my request for 6.5CM load data using their version of 4350.

Western Powders/Accurate/Ramshot shows four powders in their published load data for the 6.5CM. But their Accurate 4350 powder is NOT one of them. Western shows load data for their A-4064, Ramshot Big Game, A-2700 and the Ramshot Hunter. These are listed in order of their burn rate from fastest to slowest. For what its worth, the Accurate 4350 is slightly slower than the Hodgdon 4350 when it comes to burn rate. Also, A4350's burn rate is between that of A2700 and Hunter.

Here is Accurate's reply to my request for load data when tested with a: 24"barrel in 1-9"twist, using Winchester WLR primers.

120 gr..start load-40 gr(2525-2625 FPS)-Max load 45 gr(2825-2925 FPS)
129 gr..start load-40 gr(2500-2600 FPS)-Max load 44.5gr(2850-2950FPS)
140 gr..start load-39.2gr(2450-2550FPS)-Max load 43.5gr(2750-2850FPS)

All above Max loads are compressed 103%

I watched my neighbor work up a load for his custom creed with a 140g Sierra bTSP, his accuracy node was on the upper end of the load data and speed and accuracy was very good.

I use it in a 6.5 Creed and it provides stellar accuracy in that and a 7mm08. Speeds are not great with mid-range loads but could probably find a higher node if need be.
