I have plugged my Cass Creek Caller into the Radio Shack Mini Amp played through a Speco SPC-5 Speaker. Actually the sound wasn't too bad, though not as clear sounding as when the Rio 600 MP3 Player is used. However using the Cass Creek Caller with the Radio Shack Mini Amp and Speco Speaker there was more than enough volume.
I mounted the Radio Shack Mini Amp in a Radio Shack Project Box (#270-1805, 6"x3"x2") with a seperate On-Off Switch and an Indicator Light showing when the amp is on. I then just plug in whatever sound source I want to use.
