It is not a simple pathway to the best ammunition making.
Loading is a complex process, and loading for the long range rifle is very complex. You cannot jump in at the 9th level, without going through the earlier 8 levels, or you will not be able to deal with the problems that come up, because you will not understand how you got there, and "If you don't know how you got there, then you can't know where you're going."
There is MUCH MORE to long range shooting, then buying a DVD. If it were that easy, then everyone would be doing it.
Also, he recommends many tools that are very expensive, and have limited use, and require skills that take a long time to develop.
Start from the beginning and take it one step at a time.
