AGM Taipan 19/25-384

The sheep farmer I took out last night is so enthralled with this thermal tech that he called today asking for recommendations. Does not want to spend more than necessary and definitely does not need top of the line.

Any experiences with the above or suggestions in the same $ range.

I am leaning towards AGM because of the 5yr warrantee.

THANKS IN ADVANCE, Mike

My scanner is near bottom tier, but enough for my needs. Not sure what distances the farmer will have, but for close range spotting, knowing something is there, my AGM TM10 256 is Ok. I got it for close range hunting, hogs at 100 yards and under, and close quarter coyotes. The view is not as good as my Pulsar 384 rifle scope, and high humidity is not so great, but the price is not bad. However, I will say that if he can afford a 384 model then that would be the better of the two.
