I wont be ordering from them again, I feel that it shouldn't take over 2 weeks,(not counting weekends) to get a product that was order to the customer. no email replies, or tracking numbers sent, no shipment notices, just the notice that the order was place and the money was taken out of the bank account. its just poor service from my view point. sorry for the rant, but something needed said. they didnt make a good impression on a new customer

I am very surprised to hear that. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions, and have friends who have as well, and in every case their customer service was stellar. Have you initiated contact with them to see what is going on?

Have you picked up a phone and called them? I would have done that before coming here and making comments. There may be a reason. It may have been lost in the mail. I have dealt with them numerous times and will continue to.
 
I have always gotten my orders from them in just a few days. Often it is the shipping carrier that is at fault and not the company that you order from. I would give them a chance to explain why it took longer than you expected before I started bashing them.
 
I've always had great experiences with APC as the others have said. Something must be out of the ordinary. I'd call them and ask.
 
I agree...I am always amazed how fast my shipments get here from All Predator Calls. They have a reputation for excellent customer service that is second to none. I would give them a chance to explain before coming on here and trying to run down their reputation.
 
I've always had GREAT customer service. Friendly people on the phone and super fast shipping. Maybe the item was backordered or something. I don't think we're hearing the whole story either!!!
 
First off, I APPOLAGIZE for the rant, I finally did get a email reply, but only after posting this topic.

according to them, the item is on backorder. when I ordered it, there was nothing stating that. all the companies I have ordered from, wont take the money out of your account til they ship the item and they send you a email telling its a backoreder item. if I wasnt in need of the item so bad, I wouldn't have cared how long it took to get here. anyways, I am sorry for this thread,
 
I called APC when I had some questions and caught AP Jones as he was going out the door and he spent at least thirty minutes answering my questions and explaining things that I hadn't even thought of yet.
Great customer service..

You've got far better luck with other companies and backordered items than I do. Most companies I've dealt with won't bother letting you know, unless you contact them. One company kept a decent chunk of money for the better part of two months before finally getting my order in stock and sent out. The only exception for me has been some of the meat processing supply companies I deal with.

I've had nothing but good experiences with APC in the past. They aren't the best on communication (no notification that the order has shipped, etc.) but my stuff has always arrived right around the time I'd expect to hear that it shipped. Too bad about the backordered stuff. Hopefully you have better luck next time.

Yep I like apc pretty well. A few years back they even gave customers a free 1 year subscription to predator extreme magazine. Are they still doing that?
 
As far as I know you still get a subscription. I've been a faithful customer for a few years now, and have been getting PX courtesy of APC the entire time.

I have ordered many times from them and have nothing but great things to say about thier service, but I always call in my orders and make sure they have the items I want in stock. They are the most knowledgeable and helpful company I have ever done business with. Better luck next time.
