I am going to get the gun tomorrow and will need to pick up some ammo for it. What do you pros recommend? 18" barrel. 1 in 11 twist.

Hornady?
110 grain?
120 grain?

What are you going to shoot with it ....paper...yotes....hogs....deer???

Silver State Armory has quality 6.8 ammo.

Mine has a Walther LW50 11.25 Twist....it shoots the 110 grain stuff well. Barnes TSX and Nosler Accubond.

I would go with the SSA Barnes 85 gr. TSX Tactical ammo. The
lighter copper bullets do damage, fly flatter, and penetrate.

I load the 95 gr. Barnes TTSX into loads that push 2800 FPS.
Flat shooting and nasty when it gets there.

I agree with this. I have been shooting 110 grain but plan to see how my rifle shoots the 85 grain TSX when they become available.
