Ammo prices going up

Just a note to all who use factory ammo, I just ordered 200 rounds of Hornady 87gr in 243 from SG Ammo and received shipping info saying delivery Monday. Along with this info was a lengthy note from owner saying all components as well as finished ammo will be having a price increase. I have no connection with this seller but have always found them to be very competitive on pricing.

I like SGAmmo. I am not surprised at the price increase. Why not, every other danged price is going up also.

I've been buying all my pistol ammo from SG. 6k rounds last year I think. No complaints. And, as mentioned, no surprise at prices going up...

Gold, silver,copper all rising. Aluminum supply issues. More silver delivered in Jan than last 6+ plus Jan combined.

Fuel, some groceries other consumables prices have fallen. Good deals for low to no interest rates on new vehicles. US economy is still effected by trillions in stimulus spending, especially during Biden administration and NGO money.

If the G gets that online sales ban they reintroduced through ammo will probably skyrocket in price.

I just bought some ammo from Buds Gun Shop that was only $2 above pre-plandemic prices. $19.99 than, $21.99 now.
Think I'll pickup some more while I can.
